An organization is an entity that may operate one or many different delivery sites. Sites may or may not offer different services. For example, a community health center is an organization but may have two delivery sites -- one that offers comprehensive primary care and another site that offers dental care.

My organization is not currently listed...

Contact the NC Institute of Medicine via the contact us link. Please include the name of your organization, your name, and a phone number as usually the setup is done over the phone. In some cases, your organization has been entered in the database but some of the information was entered incorrectly so you canot find it.

Make changes to your organization listing

My organization is included, but I need to add a delivery site, change my services, my hours of operation, or contact information. Login to the Organization Center. You will need your user id and password.
